Senior Minister
Jared Reno is our senior pastor. He is a native of Petoskey, Michigan. In 2009 he moved to Knoxville, TN to attend Johnson University. Between his junior and senior year he was the ministry intern at Central. In May 2013 he graduated from Johnson University with a degree in preaching and youth ministry. He served the church for a year before tying the knot with Kayla Reno back in May of 2014. Both he and Kayla have a passion for youth and together they lead our Sunday night youth groups. Jared recently became our senior pastor in December of 2020. Jared and Kayla are excited to serve our church and community in this new role. Sean Rose has been a professional organist for 37 years. He is a graduate of Quincy University where he studied music and organ. Sean enjoys music and in his spare time directs plays and musicals through the Jacksonville Theater Guild. Sean is a fantastic musician and a wonderful member of our worship team.

Youth and Family Director
Ben (Benji) Kersey is our Youth and Family Director! He comes from Blue Mound, IL and has a heart for serving area youth and families, building relationships and connections that help to foster growth, acceptance, and community. Benji has been involved in youth ministry through church as well as through our camping program for the last five years. He enjoys the outdoors, loves bears and enjoys watching and talking about sports.
Office ManagerEmily Mueller is our office manager. She lives in Meredosia, IL with her five cats. She is a graduate of Illinois College, where she majored in editing, publishing, and fiction writing and minored in music. She is also a member of the Jacksonville Friends of the Library Board and has designed bookmarks, stickers, and buttons for their fundraisers.
